Salmon patties with dill sauce
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- salad oil - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- dill weed - 1 item
- can salmon, drained and flaked - 1 3/4
- fresh bread crumbs 4 slices white bread - 2 c
How to make salmon patties with dill sauce:
About 30 minutes before serving: Prepare spinach as label directs; drain. Arrange spinach on warm platter; keep warm. In large bowl, combine salmon, eggs, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and 1/8 teaspoon dill weed. Shape salmon mixture into four 1-inch thick round patties. In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot salad oil, cook salmon patties 5 minutes or until browned on both sides, turning once.Meanwhile, in 1-quart saucepan over low heat, heat mayonnaise, mustard and 1/8 teaspoon dill weed until heated through. Do not boil or mixture will curdle; keep warm. Place salmon patties on spinach. Serve with sauce.
