Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- sour cream - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- smoked or baked salmon - 1/4 lb
How to make salmon pate:
Make sure salmon is free of bones and skin. Put cooked salmon and the rest of the ingredients into a food processor. Process until well mixed. Refrigerate. Serve as a cracker spread or as a sandwich.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Spreads, Salmon.
