Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • sour cream - 2 Tbsp
  • butter - 4 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • smoked or baked salmon - 1/4 lb

How to make salmon pate:

Make sure salmon is free of bones and skin. Put cooked salmon and the rest of the ingredients into a food processor. Process until well mixed. Refrigerate. Serve as a cracker spread or as a sandwich.
