Salmon on the grill



  • mayonnaise - 1 item
  • oregano - 1 item
  • basil - 1 item
  • minced onion - 1 item
  • salmon filet - 1 item
  • lemon for squeezing - 1 item
  • Possible Seasonings: dill
  • Old Bay seasoning my favorite - 1 item

How to make salmon on the grill:

Possible Seasonings: dill oregano basil minced onion Old Bay seasoning (my favorite) Place salmon fillet (skin side down) on double layer of foil (edges turned up). Spread entire surface with thin layer of mayonnaise. Squeeze lemon juice over surface and season to taste.

Place foil and filet on grill over medium hot coals. Do not over cook. Check by poking with fork. When inside meat turns from dark pink to light pink, it is done.
