Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • finely chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • can salmon, drained and flaked - 1 oz
  • container sour cream - 1 (8
  • medium egg noodles - 2 c
  • small cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
  • diced, drained pimento - 2 Tbsp

How to make salmon noodle casserole:

Preheat oven to 350°. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine sour cream and cream cheese, mixing until smooth. Blend in green pepper, onion, pimento, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Fold in noodles and salmon. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly. Do not overcook noodles.
