Salmon noodle casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
- finely chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- can salmon, drained and flaked - 1 oz
- container sour cream - 1 (8
- medium egg noodles - 2 c
- small cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- diced, drained pimento - 2 Tbsp
How to make salmon noodle casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine sour cream and cream cheese, mixing until smooth. Blend in green pepper, onion, pimento, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Fold in noodles and salmon. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly. Do not overcook noodles.
