Salmon mousse
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- dried dill weed - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- envelopes unflavored gelatin - 2 item
- mayonnaise or salad dressing - 2 c
- chili sauce - 1/2 c
- finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can salmon - 1 1/2
- hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped - 4 item
- olives, finely chopped - 1/2 c
- can tuna, drained and finely flaked - 1 1/2
How to make salmon mousse:
Drain salmon, reserving liquid; add water, if necessary, to equal 1/2 cup liquid. Bone and finely flake salmon; set aside. Sprinkle gelatin over reserved salmon liquid. Place over hot water and stir to dissolve. In a mixing bowl, gradually blend diRecipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Spreads.
