Salmon loaf
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter or margarine, melted - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- soft bread crumbs - 2 c
- chopped green onion - 2 Tbsp
- slightly beaten egg - 1 item
- can salmon, drained - 1 oz
How to make salmon loaf:
In a bowl, combine salmon, bread crumbs, chopped onion, butter, salt and pepper; mix well. Combine milk and egg; add to salmon mixture and mix thoroughly. Shape into a loaf in a greased shallow baking pan or in a greased 7 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 2-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
