Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 2 c
- minced parsley - 2 Tbsp
- finely minced onion - 1/3 c
- salmon - 1 can
How to make salmon loaf:
Drain salmon; reserve 2 tablespoons of liquid. Flake salmon. Combine all ingredients. Place in well-greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
