Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- minced onion - 2 tsp
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- can salmon, flaked - 1 lb
How to make salmon loaf:
Flake salmon and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake in a well-greased loaf pan in 350° oven for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
