Salmon loaf
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- black pepper - 1 item
- slightly beaten egg - 1 item
- can pink salmon 2 c - 16 oz
- soft bread, crumbled 2 slices - 1 c
How to make salmon loaf:
Mix all ingredients. Should be fairly wet. If too wet, add dry bread crumbs. Pack into small greased loaf pan. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
