Salmon loaf
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- minced parsley
- small green onions, chopped - 3 item
- lemon juice optional - 1 tsp
- canned salmon - 2 c
- soft bread crumbs or cooked rice - 2 c
How to make salmon loaf:
Drain salmon, reserving the liquid. Flake the fish and combine with all the other ingredients, including liquid from salmon. Shape in a loaf and place in a greased baking pan. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
