Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • minced parsley
  • small green onions, chopped - 3 item
  • lemon juice optional - 1 tsp
  • canned salmon - 2 c
  • soft bread crumbs or cooked rice - 2 c

How to make salmon loaf:

Drain salmon, reserving the liquid. Flake the fish and combine with all the other ingredients, including liquid from salmon. Shape in a loaf and place in a greased baking pan. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
