Salmon loaf
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 2 c
- salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
- pickle relish - 2 Tbsp
- slightly beaten egg - 1 item
How to make salmon loaf:
Drain salmon and add to milk; flake pieces of salmon. Combine all ingredients and put in 8 x 11 x 3-inch greased pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serve with your favorite sauce.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
