Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- coarse cracker crumbs - 3 c
- cans salmon - 2 oz
How to make salmon loaf:
Flake and remove bones and skin from cans of salmon. In a bowl, mix along with salmon the liquid from the cans along with milk to make 1 1/2 cups liquid. To this, add rest of the ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Spoon lightly into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
