Salmon loaf
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- slices bread, cubed - 2 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- parsley - 1 2
- small amount milk - 1 item
- onion to suit taste - 1 item
- can salmon large, drained - 1 item
- Add milk if needed to have a meat loaf consistency
How to make salmon loaf:
Drain salmon; put salmon, egg, onion, parsley, lemon juice, bread, baking soda, salt and pepper in bowl and mix. Add milk if needed to have a meat loaf consistency. Place in loaf pan. Bake at 350° for at least 1 hour. Serve sliced, with White Sauce.White Sauce:2 Tbsp. flour2 Tbsp. margarine flour1 c. milk In saucepan, place flour and margarine.
