Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • lemon juice - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
  • cans pink salmon - 2 item
  • crackers or bread crumbs
  • salt, pepper and accent - 1 item
  • Little grated onion - 1 item

How to make salmon loaf:

Drain salmon and save juice. Pick out bones and skin and throw out. Break up salmon with fork and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix all ingredients together including reserved juice. If mixture is too thin, add more bread crumbs. Put in greased loaf pan. Bake in a water bath at 350. (In a larger pan than the loaf pan the fish is in. Fill with water and set the loaf pan with the salmon in it.) When brown on top and knife comes out clean, it's done. Let sit 15 minutes before turning out and cutting.
