Ingredients/Components

  • can salmon - 1 oz
  • light cream - 1 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • dry mustard - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • jar mushrooms - 1 oz

How to make salmon loaf:

Beat eggs slightly, then stir in cream, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add salmon and mushrooms. Put in casserole dish and bake at 400° for approximately 45 minutes.
