Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/2 c
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- oil for deep frying - 1 item
- can salmon - 1 oz
How to make salmon croquettes:
Remove bones and skin. Combine seasoning and eggs, mixing well. Add milk and flour; mix well. Drop batter from tablespoon into hot oil; fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Makes 12 to 14 croquettes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Salmon.
