Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten slightly - 4 item
- small onion, diced fine - 1 item
- cold mashed Irish potatoes - 1 c
- large can salmon, drained reserve juice - 1 item
How to make salmon croquettes:
Heat salmon juice and add to potatoes instead of milk. Mix all ingredients. To shape, use tablespoon. Dip the spoon full and put in hot grease; fry until golden brown. Drain on several thicknesses of paper towels.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Salmon.
