Salmon croquettes



Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp
- bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- minced onion - 1/2 c
- minced celery - 1/4 c
- minced parsley - 1/4 c
- drops Tabasco sauce - 6 item
- lemon zest - 2 tsp
- can red salmon - 1 1/2
- minced yellow or red pepper - 1/4 c
How to make salmon croquettes:
Mix all ingredients together and form into 3-inch patties. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve with homemade tartar sauce made with minced dill pickles, Miracle Whip salad dressing and lemon juice.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Salmon.
