Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- tall can salmon - 1 item
How to make salmon cakes:
Drain salmon, remove skin and bones and break into small pieces with a fork. Add beaten egg and other ingredients and mix well. Dip with tablespoon to form flat cakes in a pan in which a sufficient amount of fat has been heated to brown them nicely.
