Ingredients/Components
- butter
- egg - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp
- mayonnaise
- parsley
- Italian seasoned bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- onions, chopped - 1/4 c
- cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
- saltine crackers, crushed - 8 item
- packet George Washington golden broth dry - 1 item
- piece bread, crumbled - 1 item
- can red salmon, cleaned keep juice - 1 item
How to make salmon cakes:
Seasonings:2 tsp. parsley1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. pepper1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper Place cleaned salmon and juice into mixing bowl. Add egg, mayonnaise, lemon juice and onion. Add seasonings and then add bread, bread crumbs and crackers.Mold five Salmon Cakes in baking dish. Put a 1/8-inch slice of butter on each cake and sprinkle paprika on each cake. Cover with baking dish lid. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. They should look nice and brown.
