  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • small onion, diced - 1 item
  • can Double-Q salmon - 1 item

How to make salmon cakes:

Mix together, then make patties and put into frying pan. Use small amount of oil in pan. Cook until brown on both sides, using medium heat.
