  • can salmon, drained - 1 item
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/4 c
  • dried bread crumbs - 2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • oregano - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp

How to make salmon cakes:

Combine ingredients. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Form patties and coat with seafood breader. Pan-fry.
