Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- uncooked quick oats - 3/4 c
- can salmon, drained - 1 item
- oil to fry burgers in or nonfat cooking spray - 2 Tbsp
How to make salmon burgers:
Mix all together well. Form into burgers. Fry until light brown and set on each side.Recipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
