Salmon burgers
Ingredients/Components
- Dijon mustard - 5 tsp
- minced onion - 3/4 c
- dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- can salmon - 1 oz
- canola oil - 1 Tbsp
- egg substitute - 1/4 c
- hot red pepper sauce - 1/4 tsp
How to make salmon burgers:
Drain salmon. Remove and discard skin. Mash salmon with bones. Add onion, egg substitute, bread crumbs, mustard and hot pepper sauce; mix thoroughly. Form into patties. Brush burgers with oil and grill over hot coals, turning once, until nicely browned and heated through, 8 to 10 minutes.You may prefer to heat oil in large skillet and fry, turning once, until browned and heated through.
