Ingredients/Components
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- grated lemon peel - 1 tsp
- pepper and salt - 1/2 tsp
- can Bumble Bee salmon - 1 1/2
- each: chopped green pepper, onion finely and fresh whole wheat bread crumbs - 1/2 c
How to make salmon burgers:
Drain salmon flakes. Combine ingredients. Mix well. Form into 4 or 5 big patties or make several small ones. Pan fry in small amount of vegetable oil until browned on both sides. Serve on hamburger buns. If you make large patties, substitute egg white for whole egg for low cholesterol.Recipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
