Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- minced fresh parsley - 3 Tbsp
- dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- grated onion - 3 tsp
- horseradish - 2 tsp
- can red salmon - 1 oz
- commercial liquid smoke - 1/4 tsp
- several dashes cayenne pepper - 1 item
How to make salmon ball:
Roll thin 1 package pie crust mix and cut with small biscuit cutter. Place smoked oyster in center of dough round. Fold; press edges together and bake.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Spreads, Salmon.
