Ingredients/Components

  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • minced fresh parsley - 3 Tbsp
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
  • grated onion - 3 tsp
  • horseradish - 2 tsp
  • can red salmon - 1 oz
  • commercial liquid smoke - 1/4 tsp
  • several dashes cayenne pepper - 1 item

How to make salmon ball:

Roll thin 1 package pie crust mix and cut with small biscuit cutter. Place smoked oyster in center of dough round. Fold; press edges together and bake.
