Salmon ball
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- horseradish - 2 tsp
- finely chopped green onion - 1/4 c
- chopped nuts pecans or walnuts - 1/2 c
- can Alaskan red sockeye salmon, drained - 1 oz
- chopped or dried parsley - 1/2 c
How to make salmon ball:
Blend all ingredients but parsley and nuts. Wrap in waxed paper to form ball. (It will be quite soft.) Refrigerate overnight. Remove and roll in parsley and nuts. Refrigerate until ready to use.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Spreads, Salmon.
