- sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1/3 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking powder - 3 tsp
How to make sally lunn:
Cream the butter and sugar together. Add the beaten eggs. Add the milk alternately with sifted dry ingredients. Pour into a small roasting pan or 2 pie pans and bake 20 minutes at 450°.Recipe categories: Breads, Yeast breads, Northeastern U.S..
