Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• milk - 1 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• butter - 1/3 c
• eggs, beaten - 2 item
• baking powder - 3 tsp

How to make sally lunn:

Cream the butter and sugar together. Add the beaten eggs. Add the milk alternately with sifted dry ingredients. Pour into a small roasting pan or 2 pie pans and bake 20 minutes at 450°.
