  • egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
  • water - 1 c
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • ground beef
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • can golden mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can mushroom gravy - 1 item

How to make salisbury steak:

Combine 1/4 can of the mushroom soup with all the ingredients except the water and the mushroom gravy. Shape into patties. Arrange in shallow pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Combine remaining mushroom soup and water. Pour this and the mushroom gravy over the patties and bake another 10 minutes.
