Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- Kitchen Bouquet - 1 2
- ground round
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- pork sausage - 1/2 lb
- medium onion, chopped finely - 1 item
- whole wheat bread crumbs - 1/2 c
How to make salisbury steak:
Combine first 6 ingredients and make into patties. Brown on both sides. Combine soup, milk and Kitchen Bouquet. Pour over meat patties. Simmer, covered, for 1/2 to 1 hour until done. Spoon gravy over meat occasionally.Recipe categories: Time to make, < 30 mins, Oamc/freezer/make ahead.
