Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- can onion soup - 1 item
- hamburg - 2 lb
- can celery soup - 1 item
How to make salisbury steak:
Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, onion soup and eggs like you would for meat loaf. Use more bread crumbs if necessary. Make into steak-shaped patties. Dip in flour and brown on each side. Place in a greased baking dish. Make a gravy of tomato soup and celery soup and 1 can water. Pour over meat patties.
