Salisbury steak
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- horseradish sauce - 1 tsp
- slices bacon, browned and crumbled - 3 item
- Make 6 patties and brown in pan
How to make salisbury steak:
Mix all ingredients, except bacon, together and add 1/4 cup sauce mixture with ingredients. Make 6 patties and brown in pan. Arrange patties in pan with lid. Add 1/2 cup water to sauce and pour over patties. Crumble bacon and more parsley on top. Bake at 300° for 40 to 50 minutes.
