- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- soft butter - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- bread crumbs - 2 Tbsp
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- corn flake crumbs - 1 item
How to make salisbury steak:
Put beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, pepper and butter in a medium bowl. Mix well. Shape into 6 patties. Dip in corn flake crumbs. Heat oil in frypan and brown on both sides.
