Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- horseradish - 1 tsp
- yellow mustard - 1 tsp
How to make salisbury steak:
Blend beef, egg, onion and bread crumbs. Set aside. Mix soup, mustard, horseradish, salt and pepper. Blend 1/3 soup mixture with meat mixture. Shape into 6 oblong patties. Brown in skillet. Add water to remaining soup mixture. Pour over browned patties. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, meat and gravy in same pot.Recipe categories: Time to make, < 30 mins, Oamc/freezer/make ahead.
