Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- onion to taste - 1 item
How to make salisbury steak:
Mix all ingredients and spread on cookie sheet about 1/2-inch thick. Put in freezer for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from freezer and cut into squares. Flour and brown both sides. Place in baking dish.
