Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- corn flakes, measured and then crushed - 1 c
- tomato soup or 1 c - 1 c
How to make salisbury steak:
Combine all of the ingredients, form size of steaks you like. Flour them and brown in hot fat. You may: (1) put in casserole, add tomato soup or cream of mushroom soup and bake at 350° for 45 minutes; or, (2) simmer in electric skillet for 15 to 20 minutes, covered.
