Ingredients/Components
- red wine vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- capers - 1 item
- salad greens - 4 c
- tomatoes, cut into wedges - 2 item
- cooked cut green beans - 2 c
- anchovy fillets optional - 12 item
- sliced, cooked new potatoes - 3 c
- wine vinaigrette - 1/3 c
- small, pitted ripe olives - 1 item
How to make salade nicoise:
Sprinkle potatoes with vinegar; let stand 1 hour. In another bowl, toss tomatoes and green beans with vinaigrette. Let stand 1 hour. Arrange salad greens on platter. Place potatoes in center; surround with tomatoes and green beans. Garnish with anchoRecipe categories: Salads, Soy/tofu, Tempeh.
