Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- medium tomatoes - 2 item
- red wine vinegar - 1/4 c
- can tuna - 1 item
- olive oil - 2/3 c
- medium potatoes - 3 item
- tarragon - 1/2 tsp
- can French-style green beans - 1 item
- jar olives - 1 1/2
- small heads Boston lettuce - 2 item
How to make salad nicoise:
Early in day: Cook potatoes and eggs; refrigerate. Forty-five minutes before serving: In small bowl, mix well, olive oil, vinegar, salt, tarragon and pepper; set aside.
