  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • water
  • soda
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • corn syrup - 1/4 c
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • salad dressing - 1 c
  • Make a well and add salad dressing, water and vanilla

How to make salad dressing cake:

Sift flour, sugar, soda, cocoa and salt. Make a well and add salad dressing, water and vanilla. Beat by hand. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.Minute Fudge Icing:2 c. sugar1/4 c. corn syrup1/2 c. milk1/2 c. margarine4 Tbsp. cocoa1/4 tsp. salt1 tsp. vanilla Mix in saucepan. Stir over low heat until margarine and cocoa is melted. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat. Beat until lukewarm. Stir in vanilla, constantly beating, until smooth and to spreading consistency.
