- head lettuce - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- potatoes, boiled - 3 item
- carrots - 4 item
- frozen peas, cooked - 1 can
- macaroni noodles, cooked and drained - 1 item
- chicken breasts, cooked with salt and shredded - 3 item
- can corn - 1 item
How to make salad:
Wash the lettuce and cut it into pieces. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Add peeled and sliced carrots. Add the cooked macaroni, drained peas and corn. Put everything in a bowl and toss with mayonnaise.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
