  • water - 2 c
  • yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c - 2 pkg
  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • molasses - 1/2 c
  • shortening - 1/4 c
  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • rye flour medium - 2 c
  • graham flour - 2 c
  • white flour

How to make rye bread:

Mix the ingredients. Bake at 375° just to brown the top, then at 350° for 1 hour.
