- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- hot water - 1 c
- cherries
How to make ruth's cherry pudding:
Topping:2 c. cherries1 c. sugar1 c. hot water Cake Batter: Cream together butter, sugar and egg. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan, then pour cherry mixture over cake batter.Topping: Mix ingredients together well.
Canned cherry pie filling can be used.
