Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- boiling water - 3/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
- can milk - 1/2 c
- crushed pineapple - 1/2 c
- pineapple juice - 1/2 c
- banana, diced - 1 item
- miniature equals 6 large - 15 marshmallows
How to make russian salad:
Mix marshmallows, jello, water and cream cheese over medium heat, whipping to make smooth. Cool. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour into 2-quart mold and refrigerate to set.Recipe categories: Egg, Salads, Potato.
