Russian salad

Ingredients/Components

• cream cheese - 3 oz
• chopped pecans - 1/2 c
• pkg - 1 oz
• boiling water - 3/4 c
• lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
• mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
• can milk - 1/2 c
• crushed pineapple - 1/2 c
• pineapple juice - 1/2 c
• banana, diced - 1 item
• miniature equals 6 large - 15 marshmallows

How to make russian salad:

Mix marshmallows, jello, water and cream cheese over medium heat, whipping to make smooth. Cool. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour into 2-quart mold and refrigerate to set.
