sugar - 2 Tbsp
vinegar - 1 Tbsp
dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
chopped onion - 1/3 c
chopped celery - 2/3 c
salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
Dressing:1 c
hard-boiled egg, cut up - 1 item
medium sized cooked potatoes, diced - 6 item
medium sized apple, peeled and chopped - 1 item

How to make russian potato salad:

Mix together all ingredients.Dressing:1 c. commercial sour cream1 Tbsp. vinegar2 Tbsp. sugar1/4 tsp. dry mustard salt and pepper to taste Mix thoroughly. Pour over potato mixture and mix. Garnish with additional hard-boiled eggs if desired.
