Ingredients/Components

  • brown sugar - 2/3 c
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 4 tsp
  • soy sauce - 2 tsp
  • bacon - 1 lb
  • cans whole water chestnuts - 2 item

How to make rumaki:

Cut each strip of bacon in half and wrap around water chestnut. Secure with toothpick. Place on ungreased pan. Bake in a 375° oven for 45 minutes or until bacon is crispy and brown. Drain.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chestnuts. Return to oven until sauce gets hot.
