  • water - 1/2 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • vanilla instant pudding - 1 pkg
  • ground pecans - 1/2 c
  • light rum - 1/2 c
  • vegetable cooking oil - 1/2 c
  • butter recipe cake mix - 1 pkg
  • In a mixer, beat the remaining ingredients for 2 minutes

How to make rum cake:

Grease and flour a Bundt pan and add the 1/2 cup ground pecans. In a mixer, beat the remaining ingredients for 2 minutes. Bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes.Rum Cake Glaze:1 c. sugar1 stick butter1/4 c. light rum1/4 c. water Boil all ingredients for 2 to 3 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, then pour over cake.
