Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- water - 1/2 c
- rum - 1/2 c
- Crisco oil - 1/2 c
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- box instant vanilla pudding - 1 oz
- Glaze:1 stick butter
- box Duncan Hines golden butter cake mix - 1 item
How to make rum cake:
Glaze:1 stick butter1 c. sugar1/4 c. rum1/4 c. water Grease and flour Bundt or tube pan. Sprinkle nuts on bottom of pan. Mix dry ingredients and add eggs and liquid ingredients. Beat 3 minutes. Pour gently into pan. Bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes.Mix glaze ingredients and boil for 3 minutes. Pour hot glaze over cake and leave in pan for 1 hour before removing. Enjoy!
