Ingredients/Components
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- rum - 1/4 c
- cocoa powder - 2 Tbsp
- finely crushed vanilla wafers
- walnuts or pecans - 1/2 c
- light corn syrup or honey - 1/4 c
How to make rum balls:
Mix wafers, sugar, cocoa powder and nuts. Stir in rum and syrup. If necessary, add water to 1 to 1/4 teaspoon. Form small balls. Roll in powdered or granulated sugar.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
