Ingredients/Components
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- unsweetened cocoa - 1/3 c
- light corn syrup - 1/3 c
- rum - 1/3 c
- finely chopped nuts - 1 c
- 1 box vanilla wafer crumbs - 3 c
How to make rum balls:
Place all ingredients in large bowl. Mix with hands until well blended. Shape into small balls, marble size. Roll in coconut, powdered sugar or cocoa. Freezes well.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
