Ingredients/Components
- chopped nuts
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- light corn syrup - 2 Tbsp
- rum - 1/4 c
- finely crushed vanilla wafers - 1 c
How to make rum balls:
Combine crumbs, sugar, 1 cup of nuts and cocoa. Add corn syrup and rum and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in 1/2 inch granulated sugar and rest of nuts. Store in airtight container. Will ship well.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
